ORDERING

Orders can be placed ON-LINE or by telephone (01752 261669) or fax (01752 221108). All orders will be acknowledged.

PRICES

All prices include VAT at the rate currently applicable in the UK.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

All goods and any delivery charge must be paid for prior to despatch of goods. Payment can be made by telephoning/faxing card details or on-line via our SECURE SERVER using Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Maestro cards. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ELECTRON OR SOLO CARDS AND NO LONGER ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS. Cheques may be sent by post but 7 working days must be allowed for cheques to clear before goods will be despatched. On-line orders and card details are encrypted using the most advanced techniques to ensure security and privacy. All details will be kept entirely confidential and will not be shared with any other party.

DELIVERY

A single delivery charge applies to all products in any section and this is specified at the start of each section.ONLY ONE DELIVERY CHARGE WILL APPLY IRRESPECTIVE OF THE NUMBER OF ITEMS YOU ORDER and if goods are ordered with different delivery costs, only the highest cost will apply. All items are normally held in stock but if an item is out-of-stock or unavailable, we will contact you and, where possible, offer a suitable alternative. Delivery within the UK will usually be within 5 working days - we use the post for small parcels and a courier servie for larger ones. Please note, courier delivery to offshore locations and to Scottish Highlands incurs additional costs.
